In the remodel project of Popeyes flagship store in New Orleans, Louisiana, I had the privilege of taking on a role as the designer and engineer for a new concept of banquette seating, tailored to reflect the essence of the client's brand materials. By embracing their visual identity, infusing the design with local inspiration, and carefully considering comfort and functionality, I worked closely with the manufacturing team, ensuring that the design was not only aesthetically pleasing but also feasible to produce and install. Attention to detail and precision was key as we navigated the engineering process, translating the design concept into practical and well-crafted banquette seating.
